Lebanon-Hershey, PA
The Lebanon-Hershey PA Branch hikes in the South Central PA area. Most of our hikes can be found in Lebanon and Dauphin Counties. Some of our favorite hiking areas include, The Lebanon Valley Rail Trails in Lebanon County, The Jonathan Eshenour Memorial Trail in Derry Township, Governor Dick’s Park in Mt. Grenta, Swatara State Park, and many parks and playgrounds throughout the area.
The Lebanon-Hershey Branch was created in fall of 2018 and we are a quickly growing branch. Many of our frequent weekday hiking families have children 5 and under, but some older school children join on the weekends. We also have many homeschool and online school families that host on weekdays with their school aged children. We welcome hikers of all experience and look forward to meeting new families.
This winter we partnering with the Harrisburg, PA Branch for the Winter Play Program and the 2019 January/February Winter Bingo boards. We are situated next door to two sister branches Harrisburg PA and Lancaster PA , and have many crossover and joint activities.
We look forward to meeting you on the trail!
