Here at the Harrisburg branch, we have an average of 50 hikes a month including fun events like pot luck park luncheons, costume hikes, holiday gatherings and interactive contests in addition to adult and kid paced hikes, toddler waddles, stroller/carrier paced walks, coffee strolls, urban strolls and park plays. We are so fortunate to have access to the Appalachian Trail, gorgeous babbling brooks, welcoming farms and wide open spaces for children from infants to school aged to explore and enjoy. It is important to us to encourage families to get outside as often as possible, especially during the winter and colder months; we have partnered with many local businesses in the region so that we have a place to warm up before and after hikes and walks. We are a very laid back, loving, fun and accepting group where you are guaranteed to create long lasting memories and friendships! We hope to see you soon!
